Township Seeks To Fill Planning Commission Opening
The East Donegal Township Board of Supervisors is seeking to fill an opening on the Township’s Planning Commission. The current vacancy on the Commission was created by the appointment of Michael Brubaker to the Township Board of Supervisors. The term of the vacant spot on the Planning Commission expires December 31, 2027.
The characteristics of the community’s volunteers that currently serve are: Ability to work with fellow members, staff and the public in a cooperative and collaborative manner; ability to facilitate and participate in discussions in a productive manner; ability to lead in a positive, constructive manner; history of community involvement; ability to digest and comprehend complex technical material and make sound recommendations or decisions on those facts; and the ability to embrace the diversity of the community.
Township residents that are interested in serving on one of these Boards/Commissions are encouraged to submit a letter of interest and complete the Township Volunteer Application.
