Township Seeks To Fill Assistant Township Manager Opening


East Donegal Township, Lancaster County, PA is seeking an individual to assist the Township Manager in the accomplishment of administrative and personnel management, long-range planning and training, day-to-day operations, and other management functions.  The successful applicant must meet all the requirements of the job description including, but not limited to, a minimum of a BA/BS degree, with managerial experience. Applicant must have an understanding of employee management, business matters and the role of local government; detailed knowledge of financial management and Human Resources Management; proven ability to prepare successful grant applications and effectively manage grant projects; and, ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form.
