GEARS To Hold Open DEMO at the Fitness Court – Saturday, November 9th @ 1 PM
Below is the link to the fitness court open DEMO that GEARS will be doing this Saturday @1pm. There will be a quick overview and running a circuit for small groups of about 8 for 8-10min, for however many show up.
