Lancaster County 2027 Property Reassessment Information
Lancaster County has conducted its countywide property reassessment, which will become effective in 2027. Property owners will receive communications or notices directly from the Lancaster County Property Assessment Office regarding this process.
Please note that East Donegal Township did not conduct the reassessment and does not have access to individual property assessment information, property values, reassessment notices, appeal status, or reassessment timelines. All questions regarding the 2027 Reassessment should be directed to Lancaster County’s Property Assessment Office at (717) 299-8381.
Residents are encouraged to review the information provided by Lancaster County and contact the County directly with any questions or concerns regarding their property assessment.
