Compost Site Users Need To Renew Key FOB Subscription
The current key fob subscription will expire on February 28, 2024. You may renew your key fob at your convenience after January 1, 2023, for the next year which will end on February 28, 2025. Note that the fob cost for 2023 will be$40.00.
We ask that you renew early to avoid any disruption in service.
To renew, please fill out a Key Fob 2024 Application. Where appropriate on the application, circle RENEWAL and write your key fob number on the application.
Either mail or drop the renewal application off at the borough office along with the appropriate payment at:

Township Seeks Bids For Park Mowing
INVITATION TO BID
The East Donegal Township Board of Supervisors is seeking sealed bids for the mowing of 5.0 acres, more or less, of parklands located in the Township known as the following: Bridle Path Park, Clearbrook Park and Longwood Park. The bid shall be submitted on forms supplied by East Donegal Township. The 1-year contract shall commence on February 1, 2024 and terminate on January 31, 2025. A mandatory per-bid visit to all parks listed for mowing will commence at 9:00 AM on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at the East Donegal Township Municipal Building, 190 Rock Point Road, Marietta PA 17547. All bidders are required to attend this meeting. The bid proposal packet may be obtained in the East Donegal Township Municipal Building, Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to noon. The bid proposal package is also available on the Township website www.eastdonegaltwp.com. Bid proposals must be submitted to East Donegal Township, 190 Rock Point Road, Marietta PA 17547, no later than 9:00 AM, Monday, January 29, 2024, 2024, to be publicly opened at 9:15 AM on Monday, January 29, 2024. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award the bid in the best interest of the Township.
